Great day. David was very informative and a great speaker learnt a lot. David takes the stiffness out of the legal jargon and brings it down to an understandable level with a sense of humour.
These issues covered must be widespread, all PMs in attendance were often seen nodding in agreement when David was talking about different personalities and how to manage them. There was good opportunity for discussion/commentary within the group.
David was an engaging presenter and related each topic back to general practice which was refreshing. Most training sessions I have attended are general healthcare focused, and often not relevant to general practice.
